• Great Room • Two walls of windows provide natural light and overlook a large back yard leading to the woods; when the larch trees shed their needles there's a winter view of Elk Mountain. The vaulted ceiling with fan, a wood burning stove, 36" flat screen television, cable TV and wireless Internet throughout, 2 couches, a recliner and rocker, welcome you for a comfortable stay. |

• Dining Area • With seating for eight, the dining table is situated near sliding doors leading onto the wraparound deck overlooking the woods. |

• Kitchen • Large and spacious, the kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator/freezer including an icemaker, electric range and oven, dishwasher, toaster oven, microwave and toaster. Pots, pans, dishes, utensils and glassware are furnished. And there's a large pantry for storage. |

• Deck • A full wraparound deck, gas grill and table with seating for 4 under a market umbrella offers a relaxing spot for outdoor dining. The hammock invites you to stretch out and enjoy the surroundings. |

• Baths • One full bathroom with a jacuzzi tub on the second floor; one half bathroom off the first floor foyer. Master bathroom with a double shower on the first floor. |

• Master Bedroom • Located on the first floor the master bedroom has sliding doors onto the deck, vaulted ceilings with a fan, two windows, walk-in closet, dresser and a queen bed. The attached bathroom, brightened by a sky light, has a double shower. |

• Guest Bedroom • Located on the second floor with vaulted ceilings and a fan, two windows, walk-in closet and cubby spaces, dresser and a queen bed. |

• Third Bedroom • Colorful bedspreads on the three twin beds and a TV with cable make this a fun room for children! Two windows and a ceiling fan for air circulation in warmer months. |

• Loft • A day bed with a trundle provides extra sleeping space or the perfect spot to enjoy the view or a good book. |

• Basement • A washer and dryer are located in the basement. Although unfinished, the basement provides additional space for storage or playing. |

• Storage • Walk-in closets and cubby spaces in the bedrooms, plus a pantry and full basement provide lots of storage to stash skis, coats, boots and sports gear. |

• Reservations • Families and Mature Groups Only. No Pets; No Smoking. All rates are non-negotiable and are based upon a max occupancy of 10 people. Additional people must be approved and may be subject to an additional charge per person. All reservations require a refundable $800 Security Deposit. 50% deposit is required to confirm reservation; 50% balance + security deposit are due 4 weeks prior to stay. In the event that a reservation is performed within 4 weeks of the scheduled stay, full payment of the quoted rate and security deposit will be required. Cancellation of a confirmed reservation will result in forfeiture of a portion of the total rent payment as specified in the terms of the lease. Payment via personal check or money order. The home is available for Seasonal rental with rate and terms to be negotiated. |

• Directions • - Interstate #81 to Exit #206 Lenoxville - Glenwood - Turn off exit ramp onto RT #374 East - Continue on RT #374 East following signs to Elk Mountain Ski Center - Continue past Elk Mountain Ski Center entrance one mile to stop sign - Turn right at stop sign - 1/3 mile from stop sign turn left on to gravel road at the row of mailboxes - Bear left at Y in road - Continue to top of hill - Follow road around sharp right corner - Turn into first driveway on right - Lot 19 - Private driveway with large parking area. |
